Can you take us to the next level? Power Farming is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its dynamic in house marketing team.

Power Farming is Australasia’s largest privately owned independent agricultural machinery business. They source leading tractor and agricultural machinery brands from around the world and distribute them through an extensive nationwide network of fully owned, joint venture and independent dealerships. The company also has successful wholesale distribution operations in both Australia and USA. Collectively the Power Farming Group (PFG) generates an annual turnover of just under $600 million NZD and employ around 400 people globally.

This exciting opportunity is based in Power Farming New Zealand’s head office in Morrinsville, and will see the successful applicant become an integral part of our dynamic in house marketing team. They will be responsible for Power Farming’s digital marketing strategy and activities, promoting the company's brand, products and services digitally across New Zealand’s rural landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility as part of the team for marketing strategy, including creative planning and implementing these strategies
  • Successfully collaborating with internal colleagues, stakeholders and external agencies
  • Defining priority customer personas and take an analytical approach to reaching each on their terms
  • Creating awesome content that will engage and delight our audience to be used across our marketing channels
  • Reporting on all digital marketing strategies in detail using tested analytics and tools 
  • Creating and managing project and campaign timelines, ensuring delivery to a high standard and to agreed timeframes meeting key performance metrics
  • Creating overarching social media strategies for both paid and organic use with clear content pillars for brand building and community activation
  • Brief designers to create relevant, eye-catching visual assets
  • Produce content for the website to keep it fresh and up to date

You will need:

  • Experience and a proven track record in digital marketing, and robust understanding of all forms of digital media
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of public relations
  • To be a team player who can align with the company’s purpose and core values
  • A willingness to go the extra mile when required
