As an Integrated Marketing Manager in Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and drive measurable business growth. This role will be key to planning integrated marketing campaigns that drives both engagement and conversion. The Campaign Specialist will work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, support and develop a wide range of demand generation materials and programs, analyze results and make suggestions for improvements. This role will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by data driven decisions to grow demand generation efforts. The Campaign Specialist will help an evolving marketing organization create awareness and lead generation.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, automation, social, ABM, and others
Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue
Collaborate with product marketing, content and organizational leaders to develop plans
Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue
Build and activate a database to nurture prospects and drive pipeline.
Write compelling, conversion focused content with strong call to actions.
Where You'll Work:
This role is remote or hybrid, based on the candidate's location. For hybrid office locations (Rogers, AR or Minneapolis, MN), we Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. The role will require occasional travel for onboarding, training, team or company meetings, etc., - estimated around 5%.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or equivalent work experience
Experience in marketing campaigns
Proven project management skills
Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders
Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction
Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Experience in SaaS is a plus
Experience in Salesforce, WordPress and Pardot
Google Ads certified
T-shaped capabilities: broad expertise across marketing
Knowledge in the latest trends and best practices around demand capture and generation
What We Offer:  
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $76,700 - $118,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
