The role is responsible for the development and execution of shopper strategy, programs, and go-to-market activities to achieve the brand's short and long term business objectives. Key objectives include championing the shopper marketing initiatives and implementing the digital strategy for our eCommerce customers and sharing standard processes that help drive growth and shopper engagement.
What you will do:
- Develop the shopper marketing strategy for eCommerce customers. Adapt our Prescription Diet and Wellness brand strategies to our customers and customize our activation plan. Oversee execution and manage our shopper media budgets.
- Engage with the customers at headquarter level (with connections at equivalent marketing and media level) to strategize, find complementary opportunities and use their media and communications plans.
- Strategize and implement growth driving ad-hoc promotional programs to drive trial and compliance within our customers.
- Customize our brand IMC and new products sell-in presentations that fit customer strategies, guidelines and performance objectives.
- Improve our Omni-channel focus, identify growth opportunities and materials needed, including customer eComm platforms and in-store associates.
- Work with the agency to develop creative briefs, processes and communication vehicles for marketing IMCs as well as ad-hoc campaigns for specific customers.
- Build our displays, racks, awareness centers and sampling strategy using shopper-backed insights.
- Share standard processes with commercial teams to help drive growth, develop and coordinate our execution plans working with cross-functional partners.
- Analyze and report on market trends to drive our Omni-channel growth in key accounts and present measurable recommendations to senior management.
- Lead creative agency/vendor relationships, define and supervise relevant metrics and own post campaign reporting as well as engage with our marketing, commercial and our digital engagement team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of commercial experience of which 3+ years in shopper marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, brand marketing, or retail marketing
- Strategic problem solver
- Strong understanding of consumer & shopper insights
- Strong brand marketing
- Effective communicator
- Proven results
- Command of Retail strategy
- Influence without direct authority, negotiate optimally and build relationships with external partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary Range $112,000 - $164,850 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
