Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Manager, Commercial Activation Openings & Conversions, Marketing to join our Commercial Activation team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader commercial services team, including Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Digital, where you'll be instrumental in supporting successful hotel openings, conversions, and commercial activation efforts for new hotels globally. This role will help drive marketing strategies across the digital ecosystem, including paid media, campaign optimization, reporting, analysis, and performance-driven marketing initiatives that support hotel topline revenue and market entry. The Role

This role is responsible for executing marketing strategies for a portfolio of new and transitioning hotels, with a focus on digital performance. This role plays a critical part in shaping a property's brand positioning, driving pre-opening and post-opening awareness, and supporting successful market entry in alignment with the commercial ramp strategy.

The primary role of the Manager, Commercial Activation Openings & Conversions, Marketing is to help drive Hyatt's Commercial Services strategy by implementing marketing solutions with an emphasis on the digital ecosystem that drive hotel topline revenue and business aligned with the hotel's segmentation. This role partners closely with regional sales, revenue, marketing strategy, digital, agency, and media teams to deliver integrated, market-ready campaigns that accelerate hotel performance, support brand marketing and sales collateral, and optimize critical digital touchpoints including Hyatt.com, digital advertising, paid media, digital content management, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Manage a rolling portfolio of hotel openings and conversions at any given time.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports to ensure timely execution across functions.
• Maintain marketing budget and forecasts within approved budget.
• Work with agency partners to develop digital media plan recommendations, implement media plans, and monitor campaign performance.
• Provide recommended strategies and tactics that align with hotels segmentation and brand positioning within the market.
• Activate paid, owned, and earned media tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings pre- and post-opening.
• Support global digital marketing and media initiatives through campaign execution, reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
• Oversee creative development, content production, and asset readiness for opening and conversion campaigns.
• Provide recommended campaign optimizations based on data, media performance, and business objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely campaign reporting to hotel teams, commercial leads, and ownership groups.
• Translate performance metrics into actionable insights that drive campaign optimization, media efficiency, and strategic pivots.
• Identify key learnings from each opening and conversion to inform future go-to-market planning.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

Experience Required:
• 3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, paid media execution, media buying, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
• Experience working with agency partners, media platforms, or cross-functional digital marketing teams to execute campaigns across multiple markets or regions.
• Experience managing multi-property, regional, or global campaigns preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, market segmentation, customer acquisition, and media performance.
• Data-driven with experience in marketing analytics platforms, campaign reporting, performance storytelling, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized, global environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.

The salary range for this position is $98,600-$118,800. This role is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
