Chartwell Law is currently seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping the firm’s marketing vision and strategy, working closely with attorneys, business development, and other stakeholders across the firm. This individual will report to the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer and supervise the marketing team. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts to new heights.
Requirements
Summary of responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and client engagement. Lead and inspire a collaborative marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence. Develop and maintain the firm’s brand guidelines. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Create and design marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.) for digital and print using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). This may also include the coordination and supervision of design efforts with an external provider. Coordinate the production of the firm’s podcast. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing and other promotional activities. Oversee digital and social media marketing to enhance the firm’s profile, including active management of our social media channels and website. Partner with the business development team to coordinate firm events, sponsorships, and conferences. Management and coordination of efforts to update content on the firm’s website and intranet. Efficiently manage marketing budgets and resources. Work with the firm’s Content Specialist to develop and manage the firm’s PR strategy. Manage the development of internal communications, such as firm updates and newsletters. Serve as a liaison between the firm and its travel management partners. Maintain and optimize the firm's marketing technology products. Assist with award and ranking calendar tracking and fulfillment. Assist with the planning and coordination of internal firm events. Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a law firm environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Extensive experience with online and social media marketing. Advanced knowledge of corporate communications, marketing principles, and digital marketing concepts. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with relevant marketing technology tools, as well as law firm rankings, awards, and publications. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics. Familiarity with Canva. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly competitive and demanding environment. Strong attention to detail to produce accurate, timely and complete work product. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects. Strong problem solving and analytical skills to make sound decisions. Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) experience a plus.
