A day in the life.
As our Marketing Director on the National Accounts team, you'll be responsible for the overall strategic marketing on assigned accounts, ensuring the retention and acquisition of quality clients. Assigned to the largest and most complex clients within the agency, responsibilities include partnering closely with producers in technical placement, analytics, and account retention, in addition to day-to-day marketing of existing and new clients.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma
Minimum 10 years of insurance marketing experience
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills with a high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers.
Strong interpersonal and sales-related skills in dealing with Producers, Client Executives, carriers, and customers.
Proficiency in MS Office applications required.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelor's degree preferred
CPCU or CIC Designation or any additional insurance designations that may apply

The applicable base salary range for this role is $91,600 to $170,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
