The plaintiff law firm Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the overall marketing and business development of the firm. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with team members to implement key initiatives for the firm’s practice groups. This position reports directly to the Chief Client Officer and requires strong project management skills/ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), and some WordPress experience is desired. Candidate should have resourcefulness, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on proofreading, the ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects with enthusiasm. Job duties will include:
- working with outside consultants to project manage social media and website maintenance
- event management
- managing customer relationship database (CRM)
- drafting internal and external newsletters
- supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives as well as development of marketing materials
- drafting and reviewing requests for production (RFP)
- reviewing all marketing compliance policies and procedures and ensuring that all materials remain compliant with internal and external rules and regulations
Requirements
Candidates must possess a 4-year college degree and 3-5 years of legal marketing, or similar writing experience in a professional environment. This position is located in the San Diego office, with a hybrid work option.
