The Senior Events Logistics Manager is responsible for organizing Asian Legal Business (ALB) events such as law awards and conferences in Asia. The incumbent is responsible for the event operations of the ALB Law Awards Series in Asia, as well as venue sourcing and production vendor management of all events.

About the Role
  • Manages the production of events from conception to completion
  • Manages all aspects of the event including budgeting, logistics, production, food and beverage, registration, set up and post-event follow up
  • Negotiates contracts and scouring for venues, production vendors of printing, event material and AV equipment
  • In charge of the onsite execution, coordinate with all related parties to deliver the Awards event
  • Conducts pre-event invitations and post event evaluation including analysis and reports
  • Manages the event marketing via e-mail campaigns, barter with supporting organization and other platforms.

About You
  • Degree or above, strong spoken and written English skills
  • Strong event onsite management experience
  • Able to work independently, multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • At least 5 years of experience in event related field
  • Position requires occasional travel (up to 8 times a year)
