We are searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Actively manage and prioritize marketing requests in a high-volume environment
  • Coordinate and communicate marketing campaign objectives in an effective and professional manner
  • Measure and report on the performance of owned campaigns
  • Oversee content and community management for external and internal sites
  • Oversee content for print ads, press releases, blogs, and general marketing campaigns
  • Manage media partner relationships (newspaper, outdoor, television, radio)
  • Attend and provide support for special events, trade shows, networking events, community-sponsored events as an ambassador for the brand
  • Organize and maintain content calendars of marketing initiatives
  • Networking, public relations, reputation management


Requirements

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND TRAINING:

  • Interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and employees
  • Understanding of bank/student loan products, policies, and regulations
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Present marketing objectives and results clearly and effectively
  • Exceptional writing skills with critical attention to detail/editing
  • Strong understanding of AP style as it relates to press releases and formal writing
  • Prioritize and plan work activities to develop realistic action plans to meet deadlines
  • Ability to operate within a heavily regulated space and coordinating within a defined compliance review process

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience; 4 or more years working on email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with effective marketing skills
  • Project management and proven problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot
