Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for hotel and all outlets across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content campaigns that align with each venue's unique brand identity and target audience
• Manage daily social media operations including posting, engagement, and community management
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze and report social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach

• Content Creation & Photography
• Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual and written content to increase engagement and drive inquiries
• Conduct basic photography sessions focusing on food and beverage items, function room setups, special events, and property features
• Utilize design platforms (particularly Canva) to create visually appealing graphics, promotional materials, and social media assets
• Maintain a consistent visual brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints

• Website & Digital Asset Management
• Perform minor website updates including packages, menus, photos, and promotional content
• Ensure all digital assets are current, accurate, and optimized for user experience
• Coordinate with web development team for larger technical updates as needed

• Reputation Management
• Monitor and manage online reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, and Medallia platforms
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and work with operations teams to address concerns
• Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and improve overall online reputation

• On-Site Marketing Initiatives
• Design and implement on-property marketing materials including signage and promotional displays
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to support venue promotions and events
• Collaborate with operations teams to support special events and seasonal campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of social media marketing experience
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred (hotel, restaurant, resort, or similar)
• Proven track record managing business social media accounts with measurable results

• Technical Skills
• Proficiency with design, content management and email marketing platforms
• Basic photography skills with ability to conduct food, beverage, and event photography
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business platforms
