Who We Are

We serve as a leadership and legacy coach for business-owning families. Working at the intersection of family business, family systems, and leadership development, we help our clients build multi-generational legacies of connected and capable families, who are engaged stewards of their financial resources.

We are in the process of creating a signature program to gather and guide women in business-owning families (Family Enterprise Women or “The F.E.W.TM”) to propel their leadership and legacy to the next level. This new brand will include an online learning component, group coaching, 1:1 coaching, a community experience and, when it's safe to do so, in-person gatherings.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an independent creative talent who is also part strategist and part project manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of the marketing, communications, and design aspects of service delivery.

You will partner with the Firm principal, a virtual assistant to support you with administrative matters, and other team members, including other independent consulting support who you help to identify and engage, as needed.

The ideal candidate’s genius and contribution to the team are Marketing Creativity and Savvy.

Key Outcomes

The top three goals of your work are to:

  • Develop a compelling Brand Voice, so that the Firm’s point of view and style of delivery is readily recognizable;
  • Establish a leading Market Presence, so that we are known to ideal clients and colleagues in the field, as well as relevant journalists and media outlets; and
  • Build a qualified Prospect Pipeline, which means that your work will be metrics-driven, so that the return on investment is tracked.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will achieve your goals by:

  • Creating a Coherent Strategy, ensuring that our previously ad hoc approach to marketing is purposeful, which includes:
    • Understanding our Unique Value Proposition;
    • Getting to Know our Ideal Client; and
    • Developing a Marketing Plan.
  • Developing Compelling Content that goes beyond the ordinary and is engaging, which includes:
    • Ensuring Message Discipline;
    • Ensuring that all content is both Responsive to our Ideal Client’s needs and Resonates with her; and
    • Engaging Multiple Channels to distribute and showcase the content.
  • Ensuring Consistent Execution in moving from the stage of ideas to the realm of reality, which includes:
    • Assembling a Skilled Team to augment expertise and capacity, when needed;
    • Implementing and documenting Repeatable Processes to ensure efficiency and uniformity; and
    • Project Management to ensure that the pieces add up to more than the sum of the parts and are delivered at a high level of quality, on time, and within budget.



The skills you draw on to meet your stated goals include:


  • Branding. You have experience launching a new branding
  • Market Research. You have experience using various strategies to gain “voice-of-the-customer” insights to deeply understand our Ideal Client so that our marketing, communications & service offerings best meet their needs.
  • Writing. You are skilled at clearly, succinctly, and in a compelling, conversational tone conveying selected messages through website text, blog and social media posts, emails, newsletters, video scripts, ebooks, infographics, presentations, articles, instruction booklets, print brochures, ads, and other modes – while incorporating SEO and lead generation strategies.
  • Graphic Design. You are a gifted designer with expertise in one or more of the specific contexts listed above under “Writing.” 
  • Project Management. You “own” your assignments with an appreciation for the big-picture context, customer journey & experience & are well-organized, follow-through, and manage multiple projects well at the same time. Experience managing a product launch is a plus, but is not required.
  • Technology Fluency. You are skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products, email auto-responders, and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop, video editing software, and other design solutions
  • Naming. You have experience identifying a name for a new brand, product, or service offering.
  • Operations.  You will create and document systems and processes
  • Team-Building. You are experienced in identifying, selecting, and managing other creative talent.


  • You have a positive outlook, can-do attitude & are committed to personal development.
  • You take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, are client-service oriented & dedicated to improving work quality, efficiency & cost-effectiveness.
  • You are entrepreneurial, resourceful & willing to learn new subject matter, including our unique approach & framework & become intimately familiar with the needs, desires, challenges & opportunities of our Ideal Client.
  • You are creative & adept at telling compelling stories & appealing to an audience on an emotional level. 
  • You take initiative & are proactive in asking questions to understand the goal & ensure alignment before launching into assignments.
  • You are a generative team-player & co-creator who can also think & work independently, with limited supervision.
  • You routinely & clearly communicate work status, challenges & what you need from the team & Firm.
  • You desire to build a long-term working relationship beyond a specific project.    

Additionally, your personal experience as a member of a business-owning family is a plus, but is not required.

You will work remotely and must use a secure and reliable high-speed internet connection.


You will be an independent contractor, and not an employee. You will pay your own income taxes and provide your own insurance and supplies.

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with your experience and skillset.
