We’re seeking a Marketing Director to help tell the Smoothstack story!

Smoothstack multiplies technology talent potential to power today's top businesses. We accomplish this by removing barriers to hire diverse talent and upskill them through elite, immersive, outcome-based training and placement with top-tier brands.

Your focus will be on the talented individuals considering the Smoothstack opportunity to launch their career. Working in concert with your colleagues, you will be responsible for crafting campaigns to attract these exceptional people to success with Smoothstack.



  • Drive and implement all marketing activities to ensure on-brand positioning and grown awareness nationally across our Talent segment
  • Lead and drive marketing communication, ensure clear and powerful messages about the Smoothstack brand and value proposition
  • Work with Senior Management to ensure all marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are perfectly aligned with the Enterprise Strategy
  • Manage marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting
  • Implement and leverage the latest marketing tools and technologies to support and define and execute strategies
  • Utilize critical market & competitive research to segment and define target markets
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and shape the messaging that differentiates Smoothstack
  • Create an integrated brand experience that tells a consistent, compelling story about the company and its offering
  • Work closely with external leading marketing agencies and manage budget
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industry thought-leaders, marketing associations and advisers


  • 5+ years of marketing experience with well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility
  • Bachelors’ degree required. 
  • A hands-on collaborative style of working is a must
  • 3+ years of marketing experience working in areas such as creative services, agency-side account direction, brand management, product marketing, and/or communications
  • Experience with staffing / hrtech / growth organisations and adjacencies a plus
  • Highly fluent understanding of overall marketing strategy, brand development, digital media techniques, and integrated communications
  • Experience leading the creative process including digital and traditional assets and all types of media (owned, earned, social, paid).
  • Fluency and understanding of CRM capabilities particularly
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven record of strategic data-driven process improvements.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
