About this Opportunity
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will:
Lead and Innovate: Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, and social media to drive member engagement from acquisition to loyalty.
Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with external creative teams and internal stakeholders to produce impactful and measurable content.
Harness Data: Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to drive strategic marketing decisions.
Optimize Member Experience: Design comprehensive lifecycle strategies to enhance each stage of the member journey, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.\

Competitive Compensation. We are dedicated to pay equity best practices, which also ensures our offers are presently fairly, and represent our best and final. The nationwide starting salary range for this position is $78,000-$95,000 annually. Offers will be representative of the position's scope aligned with the incumbent's experience and qualifications.

Requirements
About You
Experienced Marketer: You have at least five years of marketing experience, with a deep focus (minimum of 2 years) in lifecycle marketing. Experience in a tech or member-based association is preferred.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strategic Thinker: Proven success in developing B2C marketing campaigns tailored to a tech-savvy audience. Startup experience is a bonus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with marketing tech stack tools like HubSpot and Zapier and adept at leveraging new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
