Memora Health has established a significant presence within health systems and is beginning to rapidly scale operations in this market, as well as expanding focus to the broader healthcare ecosystem. To do so, we are growing our team and are excited to bring on a Product Marketing Manager. This role is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in a critical, cross-functional capacity. 

In this role, you will help build out a product marketing function and associated processes; optimize strategy for our product; and support our Go-to-Market processes for our product roadmap. You’ll be assigned a product focus and build expertise in that area’s target buyers and segments. The Product Marketing Manager will plan for Go-to-Market launches, and articulate critical market feedback to inform these plans. Lastly, you’ll own how we help future and existing customers contextualize the return on investment and value from Memora Health. 

We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm to create compelling value propositions that win in the market. The Product Marketing Manager reports to the VP, Strategy, and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the buying audience and assist in designing the messaging and positioning of Memora to prospects and clients. 

  • Create the customer-facing marketing assets to support product storytelling (product one pagers, videos, etc) that articulate the benefits of both Memora Health’s products and overall platform and future customers (e.g., messaging, stories, case studies, videos, presentations, and webinars.

  • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape to identify and amplify product differentiators in a rapidly developing market. 

  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the product focus you own.

  • Conduct and manage qualitative and quantitative research to solicit feedback from buyers, and align Memora Health activity with an informed understanding of market sentiment.

  • Partner with the Growth team on account-specific engagement custom content and consultation.

  • Support the Go-To-Market strategy and plan for new campaigns and product launches.



Requirements

  • You have a minimum 4 years experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, strategy, or product management

  • Proven ability to coordinate and create consensus within cross-functional groups without formal authority

  • Experience presenting to clients and conducting customer interviews

  • Exceptional writing skills that emphasize value storytelling for B2B audiences

  • Ability to balance shifting priorities within the context of higher level business goals and ambitious department goals

  • Ability to learn new products and evaluate them from the market’s perspective

  • A history of data-driven decision making

  • Ability to communicate insights and advocate for a focused course of action

  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • You are humble with an ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable and have willingness to learn in a high-paced rapidly changing sales environment

  • You have a proven ability to build positive relationships and influence people through strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
