Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer
Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in tactical implementation of traditional, digital, and evolving technology marketing and advertising initiatives. The Marketing Manager executes day-to-day marketing initiatives with a heavy focus on tactical execution, management, monitoring, reporting and record keeping. This role is highly operational, ensuring deliverables are produced on time and on brand, in adherence to required processes and procedures.
In ACORE CAPITAL's role as an investment manager, all marketing, advertising and PR materials and messaging are subject to COO review and Chief Compliance Officer review and approval, and any disseminated materials and messaging must be archived and accessible for SEC scrutiny. The Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a full-time, in-office role located in New York City.
Responsibilities
Tactical Implementation and Management
Execute, document and manage all marketing and advertising initiatives, including but not limited to: digital advertising; magazine advertising; social media (LinkedIn) posts; website content updates; website programming changes; industry event participation: sponsorships, speaker roles, attendance; industry memberships and subscriptions; charitable sponsorships; owned content-audio and video; company-hosted events; business card production/printing; invoicing and invoice management. Ensure adherence to process, policies, brand standards and deadlines.
Content Management
Own the trafficking, scheduling, documentation, finalization, archival, implementation and dissemination of all advertising, marketing and PR materials, content and assets, in coordination with agency, PR and freelance partners.
Relationship Management
Manage communications and relationships relative to tactical execution with company stakeholders, advertising partners, industry publications and associations, printers and other vendors.
Monitoring and Reporting on Competitor and Industry Leader Advertising, Marketing, Messaging, PR
Monitor and report on competitor and industry leader activity and trends in website content, digital advertising, LinkedIn presence, industry conference speaker participation and media coverage.
Advertising Results Monitoring
Track performance of all digital advertising and social media post performance, prepare and update performance reports and analytics.
Compliance Adherence
Ensure all campaigns meet regulatory, legal, process and compliance requirements; maintain thorough documentation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Significant experience with B2B clients and/or audiences
- Highly effective communicator with strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly skilled in executing advertising/marketing initiatives and deliverables leveraging the full spectrum of traditional and digital tools across a wide mix of channels
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing materials production from design process to editing, proofing, testing and production across the traditional and digital mix
- Comprehensive knowledge of process, pantone & rgb color, fonts & typography, file types, traditional and digital production processes
- Word proficiency, intermediate Excel skills and basic PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional character, personal integrity, and work ethic
- Well organized with meticulous attention to detail; highly accurate; excellent time management skills; able to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively handle multiple competing and time sensitive deadlines and priorities
- Collaborative team player who interacts well with teammates, stakeholders and external parties at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field(s) or equivalent industry experience
