Position Overview
The Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the strategic development and execution of Fisher Phillips' marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on brand deployment, digital marketing, social media, and engagement campaigns. This role is responsible for driving brand consistency across all channels, executing innovative digital strategies, and creating compelling campaigns that engage our target audiences and support business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Deployment & Execution
Deploy the Fisher Phillips brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and communications.
Develop and implement brand activation strategies that elevate market presence and reinforce positioning.
Collaborate with leadership and practice groups to align brand messaging with strategic priorities.
Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors for brand-related projects.
Knowledge of legal industry trends and professional services marketing best practices.
