We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing team!

This role is suited to passionate marketers who again have broad B2B Marketing experience, a track record of creating and executing omni-channel lead generating marketing campaigns, thrive on strategic planning and pipeline generation, are metrics-focused, and actively embrace collaboration. This individual will have an exciting opportunity to dive in from day one and help shape our long-term brand and communication strategy with the market.

A Day in the Life:
  • Develop and deploy a broad range of marketing programs - from email marketing campaigns to content marketing, digital, thought leadership, social media, webinars, events and advertising. This is where experience of building and sending campaigns through HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation tool) will be a critical consideration in our selection process.
  • Implement new-to-us marketing tactics, like Account Based Marketing, to help drive growth within segmented locations. Ravenna capabilities allow schools in a singular region to competitively thrive, so the ability to capitalize on this value prop will be a great opportunity for this role.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Education Division Leadership to build a comprehensive integrated marketing plan to support Ravenna revenue and bookings goals. This includes campaign planning, establishing KPIs, defining messaging, educating internal stakeholders and reporting results with key learnings.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve program effectiveness; brainstorm and implement creative, innovative, and maybe even slightly crazy demand gen ideas.
  • Work collaboratively with Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing Operations, Events Marketing, and other Campaign Managers within the division to plan and execute thorough and timely initiatives. While the position is largely independent, you'll need to lean on many others to put Ravenna's best foot forward so the ability to collaborate is a must.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or startup company
  • End-to-end campaign creation and execution experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads to Sales organizations through all levels of the Marketing funnel, particularly on the demand gen side
  • Strong mix of strategic, project management, and analytical skillsets
  • Well versed in Salesforce, HubSpot ( or similar Marketing automation tool), Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom Webinars ( or similar webinar platform ), Asana ( or similar project management tool)
  • Rabid curiosity
  • Independence and proactiveness but ability to work well with a team
  • Willingness and capability to think outside of the box and bring unique ideas to the marketing table
  • Significant writing skills with ability to self-generate content where needed
  • Background working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Customer Success and Product Marketing teams
  • Deft time management and organizational traits
