Your new role

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies targeting institutional clients across Japan.
• Deliver integrated campaigns using digital, events, media, partnerships, and thought-leadership content.
• Collaborate closely with sales, investment, product, compliance, and communications teams to support business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' marketing experience within financial services, ideally asset management covering institutional clients.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English, with excellent communication and project-management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, ATL/BTL) and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
