The Opportunity
As our Global VP of Sales & Marketing, you will:
Own worldwide commercial strategy and execution
Elevate the Leatherman brand across global markets
Lead high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and digital
Drive growth through innovation, customer obsession, and bold leadership
This is a strategic, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Lead
Global Growth & Revenue
Build and execute strategy to accelerate global sales performance
Expand market share across established and emerging regions
Deliver measurable, sustainable revenue growth
Brand + Marketing Leadership
Shape the global brand vision and storytelling
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and partnerships
Ensure consistent brand experience worldwide
Digital & Omnichannel Expansion
Strengthen eCommerce, online marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer growth
Drive modern customer engagement across platforms and channels
Champion data-driven marketing and performance insights
Cross-Functional Executive Influence
Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Innovation teams
Align go-to-market strategy with business priorities
Build trust, clarity, and momentum across the organization
Culture & Team Development
Develop a collaborative, accountable, high-performing global team
Lead with humility, courage, and vision

Requirements
We’re seeking a leader who has:
Held a Senior Director, VP, or executive-level role leading sales and marketing
Experience across 3–4 different brands/companies (mix of large + growth-stage preferred)
Proven success driving global revenue growth and brand expansion
Deep expertise in:
Brand leadership
eCommerce + digital transformation
Omnichannel sales strategy
Marketplace platforms
Customer-centric commercial execution
You’re someone who:
Thinks strategically but acts decisively
Isn’t afraid to miss the mark while pushing innovation forward
Builds teams, develops leaders, and raises the bar
Understands global markets and modern consumers
Location Requirement
This is a highly collaborative leadership role based at our headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Portland or be willing to relocate immediately.
