As part of the Vaccines Portfolio FSME (Tick Born Encephalitis Vaccine) is one of the growth drivers and is projected to reach 500 MM$ by 2025.

This role is great opportunities for a strong leader to continue shaping the Growth product Initiatives with countries. IT will contribute with the current vision of Vaccines.

The Director, FSME Lead reports directly to the Global FSME and MEN VP and has responsibility for maximizing the Growth through development of specific marketing strategies in coordination with the Senior Director FSME lead. The FSME Global Marketing Director is a key member of the FSME GLocal team and effective partnering with countries, and cross-functional stakeholders.

    Development and implementation of Key marketing Glocal strategies for FSME.Being a key member of the FSME GLOCAL team by leading specific working teams , and an innovative approach to ensuring full maximization of the brandResponsible for Travel markets opportunities across the GlobeResponsible to identify additional market expansion opportunities.Key member of the cross functional team for FSME in order to shape and deliver the Growth initiatives with all the elements endorsed by Senior Leadership.Drive collaboration across the vaccine team on innovative models to enhance our growth opportunities for the Vaccines portfolio.Responsible for content creation through classical and digital channels for the assets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key regions and functions, including but not limited to medical, research, legal, finance, and regulatory.Develop and deliver presentations to Pfizer Senior Management.Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values, & global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP).

    10+ years of demonstrated experience; 9+ years of experience with be considered with a Master's degree or 7+ years with a Doctorate degree or equivalent.Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferredBroad business experience including deep understanding of innovative pharmaceutical or related operations. Broad knowledge & experience of Vaccines and healthcare environment a plus.US Consumer Marketing experience will be desiredTravel vaccine experience will be desiredPrevious Marketing experience and deep experience in/knowledge of the discipline including marketing strategy and tactical execution experience. Ideally a track record of building and leading successful brands in both 'in country' and 'regional/above country' roles. Experience with Vaccines portfolio is an advantage.Strong analytical skills including identification of critical needs base on data an analysis as well as challenges.Track record of successfully operating and achieving results in a matrix and/or Alliance environment, influencing stakeholders and leading change.Managing above country/regional scope and associated complexity.Ideally previous P&L management responsibilityExperience of interaction with external stakeholders and utilizing relationships to the benefit of the business.A commitment to excellence - both in the results achieved and in how they are achieved.Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm while prioritizing and meeting team goals.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead others through times of change.Fluency in English language
