Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing annual and quarterly activation plans focused on lower income (Income Constrained) audiences. Includes growth-oriented marketing programs & investment decisions to win new Internet and Mobilecustomers, grow awareness of our Internet Essentials (IE) broadband adoption program and support enrollment in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Lead development and activation of marketing and offer strategy for the Prepaid Internet line of business including support of Xfinity and third party channels. Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams (national and field) for critical input into strategic initiatives and execution plans. Operate as a subject matter leader for the Income Constrained audience, leading audience-led go-to-market and enablement that highlights how the Comcast product suite aligns to those needs. Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Partners with other members of the Growth Team to align strategies for the Income Constrained audience with quarterly and annual plans, considering the balance and interplay of national, regional and local activation
  • Headquarters and field engagement lead, building and managing a full ecosystem approach to grow customer relationships with the Income Constrained audience, orchestrating internal partners and external program elements across marketing, sales, PR, government affairs, community investment and beyond
  • Accelerate Income Constrained audience growth with ACP, driving growth with subsidy programs for Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile
  • Inform and partner on Income Constrained activation within other programs and channels such as movers, students, event marketing
  • Manage in quarter plan adjustments and optimizations as needed to meet business objectives
  • Assess performance and return of Income Constrained programs and investments, feeding insights back in to inform strategies/plans/programs
  • Prioritizes partnership and collaboration to influence execution that achieves shared goals in a highly matrixed environment
  • Develops and motivates team to ensure delivery excellence
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
